Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SmileTunes and purchases of personalized songs and related add-ons. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Your order
You must provide accurate contact and song information and have permission to submit any names, stories, photos, or other content included in your order. You are responsible for reviewing the details before checkout.
Personalized and AI-assisted content
SmileTunes uses automated and human-assisted tools to create personalized music. Results are creative interpretations and may not reproduce every requested detail exactly. Delivery estimates are targets rather than guarantees, especially when revisions or provider outages are involved.
Payments and add-ons
Prices and included features are shown before payment. Stripe processes payment information. Add-ons such as rush delivery or the Joy Package apply only when selected and paid for during checkout.
Rights and acceptable use
After full payment, you may use the delivered song for personal, non-commercial purposes and share it with friends and family. You may not use SmileTunes to submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content, or to interfere with the service.
Revisions, refunds, and availability
Revision and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy. We may suspend an order that violates these terms and may modify or discontinue service features. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, SmileTunes disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to it. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
