We do not sell the personal stories or song details you submit. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by SmileTunes.

Retention and security

We retain order and song information for as long as needed to deliver and support your purchase, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain the service. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and product-separated storage, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing follow-ups using the link in those emails. Transactional messages such as receipts and song delivery may still be sent. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Children and changes

SmileTunes is intended for adults purchasing personalized products and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date here.
